Check your spam filter or spam folder for the emails. Many times they are being blocked by your service provider. Please email us and we can also reply back with UPS tracking #. It is actualy UPS's computers that send that email notification.

Damaged Shipments
Please SAVE the damaged box or take digital pictures of it for UPS insurance claim. Email or call us immediatley.

Order Refusals & Re-Stocking Fees
If your shipment is REFUSED upon delivery attempt, we will charge your card for freight expense both ways and a 15% re-stocking fee.

Wrong Item Ordered
Please contact us if you made an error in ordering. We will work with you to get the correct items. Simply refusing order or sending them back without Return Authorization Number will result in 15% re-stocking fee.

We cannot accept returns if the tool packaging has been opened. We will assist in ANY & ALL warrenty claims to manufacture. We are authorized Dealer NOT the manufacture
